Responsibilities

The Complex Commercial Litigation Associate will: Conduct legal research and analysis Draft legal documents such as motions, briefs, pleadings, and discovery responses Handel discovery responses, requests, and disputes in complex matters Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the New York State Bar in good standing 5+ years of related experience Experience working on complex commercial litigation matters
