Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans Deliver direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Participate in discharge planning and education Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care Required Skills and Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program Current state licensure as Registered Nurse BCLS certification required; ACLS certifications preferred Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred Benefits:
