Requirements : Must be licensed in the State of Texas Must have at least 3-7 years of experience Experience with handling a commercial litigation docket, from answering the lawsuit through trial, in both federal and state courts. Banking and/or bankruptcy experience with emphasis on the creditor side is a plus, but is not required.
