What You’ll Do: Represent clients in complex commercial, corporate, and financial disputes. Handle matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery , as well as local, state, and federal courts, including trials and appeals. Develop case strategies and manage litigation from inception through resolution. Collaborate with a team of seasoned litigators in a supportive, growth-focused environment. What You’ll Bring: 3–6 years of litigation experience, ideally including commercial, corporate, financial, and employment-related disputes. Experience with the Delaware Court of Chancery strongly preferred. Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and research skills. Strong academic credentials. Active Delaware bar license required.
