Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm seeking a Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate for its Wilmington office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Delaware-licensed litigator with experience in Chancery Court to join a nationally respected Commercial Litigation practice and handle sophisticated business disputes from inception through resolution. Position Overview The ideal candidate will be a full-time Delaware practitioner with at least three years of experience in commercial litigation, including significant exposure to Delaware Chancery Court practice. The associate will be expected to manage all aspects of litigation and trial preparation, including: Drafting and responding to discovery

Preparing and arguing motions

Conducting depositions

Engaging in settlement negotiations

Appearing in court for hearings and proceedings

Qualifications Required: JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials

Active membership in the Delaware Bar

Minimum of 3 years of commercial litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting

Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Experience litigating in Delaware Chancery Court

Demonstrated ability to handle complex litigation independently and as part of a team

Preferred: Judicial clerkship experience

Experience mentoring junior associates or supporting business development efforts
