Job Description This role involves activation, management, and evaluation of social media channels for COMPANY CRM, including: Well-established platforms: Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+ Emerging platforms: Tumblr, Instagram, Vine Blogger community management and content implementation The ideal candidate has strong creative writing and marketing skills, deep knowledge of digital and social media channels, and a results-driven approach with proven project management skills. Responsibilities Support US CRM social media initiatives Manage multiple social channels including community engagement and moderation Develop SEO-focused copy and metadata for web and social channels Create content for new platforms like Tumblr, Vine, Instagram Implement content calendars and tactical plans, including activation and continuous improvement Identify social media trends and landscape recommendations Lead online community engagement plans and ensure integration across CRM channels Qualifications Experience: BA or BS in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field 2-5 years in social media marketing/community management 2-3 years copywriting experience; experience with recipes is a plus Experience with mobile platforms is valued Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms Passion for food, recipes, cooking, and products Leadership, relationship-building, and teamwork skills Action-oriented with results focus Strong project management and multitasking abilities Excellent communication skills Good listening skills and composure Please include writing samples with your resume.
