We’re currently hiring experienced CNC Machinists for 1st and 2nd shift openings with multiple well-established local manufacturers. These are not entry-level roles — we’re looking for professionals who can work independently, handle setups, and consistently produce quality parts to spec. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce precision parts

Perform tool changes and offsets based on print and inspection data

Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

Conduct in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision tools

Maintain proper documentation and report discrepancies or machine issues promptly

Operate manual machines (mills, lathes, saws, grinders) as needed

Perform basic maintenance and daily checks on assigned equipment

Work safely and efficiently in a team-oriented production environment

Support overtime and weekend work during high production periods

Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent CNC machining experience

Able to read and understand technical drawings and machining symbols

Confident with both CNC and manual machining equipment

Strong knowledge of feeds, speeds, tolerances, and materials

Familiarity with inspection tools and quality standards

Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Reliable attendance and willingness to work assigned shifts
