Key Responsibilities: Assist CNAs in providing ADL and routine care. Conduct treatments for residents/patients. Administer medications as per physician orders and Plan of Care. Place pharmacy orders accurately. Document all relevant information meticulously. Provide injections of prescribed medication. Monitor resident health and report conditions to RNs, Supervisors, and Physicians. Measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight. Deliver basic care, including wound cleaning and bandaging. Manage IVs and start IV drips as needed. Monitor fluid and food intake and output. Report any accidents, incidents, and skin breakdowns.
