This position plays a key role in addressing mental health needs within our comprehensive healthcare services, delivering therapeutic support and developing mental health programs that are sensitive to the diverse populations we serve. Our ideal candidate will bring a compassionate approach and a commitment to culturally competent care in varied global settings. Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address psychological and emotional issues. Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan or coordinate treatment. Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and modify treatment plans accordingly. Document and maintain client records with strict adherence to confidentiality and ethical guidelines. Participate in outreach and education programs to enhance the community?s understanding of mental health. Provide crisis intervention as needed. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with various therapeutic techniques and models, such as CBT, DBT, psychoanalysis, or others. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Capability to work effectively with culturally diverse populations. Proficiency in crisis management and intervention.
