In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of new mothers and their infants, all while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. This position involves: Implementing physician orders and administering medications, while performing treatments and procedures with the utmost care. Ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. Assessing patient needs and evaluating their responses to the care provided. Utilizing sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions. Providing primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses. Administering medications and collaborating with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Care Plans for all patients. Directing and guiding ancillary personnel while maintaining the highest standards of professional nursing practice. This role offers a 36-hour work week with 3 shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, including weekend and holiday commitments.
