The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) will lead initiatives to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care. You will collaborate closely with management, staff, and other healthcare professionals to uphold our organization’s mission and ensure the highest standards of clinical practices. Responsibilities Facilitate smooth admission and discharge processes to optimize patient care. Engage in ongoing assessment of patient care quality in partnership with management. Encourage teamwork among staff and collaborate on service improvement strategies. Promote a patient-first philosophy and manage service recovery as needed. Support nursing engagement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Contribute to the hiring, training, and professional development of new staff. Manage staff scheduling and maintain productivity standards based on patient needs. Oversee inventory control and ensure resource availability. Qualifications Current Texas RN licensure. Minimum of 1 year nursing experience. Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
