Job Summary and Qualifications: The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and oversees all unit functions during their shift. Collaborating with the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care based on established protocols, serves as a resource for staff, and embodies our commitment to the organization's mission and vision. Key Responsibilities: Facilitates efficient admission and discharge processes to enhance patient-centered care. Continually assesses the quality of care in collaboration with the management team.
