Job Summary The Clinical Education Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs aimed at enhancing the quality of patient care and clinical outcomes. Collaborating closely with leadership and interdisciplinary teams, this role assesses learning needs to promote evidence-based practices and support continuous professional development. Serving as a mentor and primary resource for clinical staff, the Clinical Education Specialist ensures training initiatives align with both organizational objectives and industry standards. Essential Functions Collaborate with peers, staff, and administration to identify training needs and deliver tailored educational experiences. Plan and facilitate onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring effective integration into clinical teams. Maintain accurate records of clinical training and certification, ensuring documentation is accessible. Provide hands-on training, classroom instruction, and simulation learning to enhance clinical competencies.
