We're looking for a sharp, business-minded Client Strategy & Revenue Analyst to help us deeply understand client behavior, product usage, and value alignment. In this role, you'll analyze usage patterns, compare them to contract value (ARR), and surface opportunities to right-size accounts, improve retention, and identify growth potential.
Working closely with the Client Success team, you'll be a key partner in enabling strategic retention efforts. Your insights will equip Client Success with the data and context needed to proactively engage clients, drive outcomes, and increase retention. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is analytical, curious, and interested in how pricing, usage, and client behavior drive SaaS performance.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Analyze NPS and client feedback data to uncover experience gaps, satisfaction drivers, and advocacy opportunities
Track and model customer retention risk, churn forecasts, and the impact of Client Success initiatives on revenue
Analyze support case trends, resolution times, and escalation patterns to surface process bottlenecks and training needs
Contribute to quarterly business reviews, health check reporting, and cross-functional initiatives
Analyze usage trends and early warning signals to identify at-risk clients
Compare actual usage to contracted ARR and surface under/over-utilization opportunities
Collaborate with Client Success Managers (CSMs) to deliver actionable usage and retention insights
Create client cohorts and health scores to drive proactive Client Success outreach
Identify cross-sell, upsell, or expansion opportunities tied to usage data
Build Excel models and dashboards to track client health, usage, and value realization
Support pricing and right-sizing initiatives by modeling usage-based recommendations
Present findings to Client Success, Sales, Finance, and Product to inform strategy and execution
Evaluate the impact of pricing pilots, Client Success initiatives, or retention programs on revenue
Qualifications:
1-4 years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, Client Success analytics, FP&A, or consulting (SaaS experience preferred)
Advanced Excel skills required; experience with SQL, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is a plus
Strong analytical mindset - able to investigate trends, conduct root-cause analysis, and build scenario models
Clear communicator - able to translate data into actionable insights for business partners
Strong interest in customer behavior, SaaS strategy, pricing, and retention
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Familiarity with NPS, CSAT, client health scoring, and retention KPIs is a plus
