We are seeking a Commercial Banking Client Services Associate to support a dynamic banking team in delivering exceptional client service. This role is integral to ensuring smooth daily operations, account maintenance, and client transaction support. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in financial services and a passion for providing a white-glove client experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist Commercial Banking teams with client service matters, including operations, account opening, maintenance, cash management, and loan servicing. Own client inquiries and provide solutions to enhance retention and business growth. Utilize case management tools to prioritize tasks and meet service level agreements. Establish strong partnerships with internal banking, operations, and business teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Review daily reports, manage overdrafts, process fund transfers, and handle fee modifications/waivers. Collect documents and liaise with clients for account opening and KYC-related processes. Conduct client call-backs to authenticate and verify transactions, account maintenance, and loan servicing requests. Manage manual wire transfers and internal transfer requests efficiently. Provide support through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions. Apply strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and creativity to resolve client issues. Maintain compliance with banking policies and regulatory guidelines while upholding a high level of integrity and professionalism. Participate in internal banking projects, workflow optimizations, and process enhancements. Support teller functions as needed in select locations. Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in financial services or a related field. Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in banking and client service. Strong customer service skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to enhancing processes and client service.
