Client Service Representative

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Exceptional client interaction, communication and compassion Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups. Provide product and service information to clients, guiding them through processes as needed. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate management or technical teams. Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementing new strategies to enhance the client experience. Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to effectively respond to client needs. Uphold company policies, values, and standards in all client interactions.

REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience working as a Veterinary Receptionist/CSR is preferred but not required Significant experience with basic office functions in a busy office environment Must be a team player and have compassion for pets and their people
