Job Description

At Regions, the Clearsight Digital Marketing Coordinator creates and measures digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer conversion with measurable results.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Gathers, synthesizes, and applies digital insights to form strategies
  • Communicates digital strategies to business partners and stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure integration and support for programs and initiatives
  • Ensures alignment of digital media and messaging across all channels
  • Evaluates emerging technologies and provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Develops test-and-learn strategies as appropriate to test new opportunities or to evaluate value of programs

This job is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Five (5) years of experience in consumer advertising strategies, preferably in digital and/or high technology

Skills and Competencies

  • Ability to work with multiple teams and departments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong strategic marketing skills

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

Job Range Target:

Minimum: $83,949.72 USD

Median: $104,878.80 USD

Incentive Pay Plans: This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan. Employees have the potential to receive a discretionary award based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
