HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a dedicated Class A/B CDL Driver / Equipment Operator to join our safety-oriented team! This role involves executing industrial services effectively and safely at client sites while adhering to company and client procedures and policies. Key Requirements: Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles and possess a valid TWIC CARD. Tanker and Hazmat endorsements are mandatory. Operate vacuum and hydro blasting equipment safely and efficiently. Handle specialized equipment, including Ultra High-Pressure pumps. Execute job tasks using various tools, including vacuum trucks and chemical cleaning devices. Conduct surface examinations to ensure clean standards per specifications. Perform routine maintenance on all machinery and tools utilized during jobs. Direct and oversee a crew of vacuum technicians when required. Complete pre and post-trip inspections and maintain driver's logs in accordance with DOT regulations. Loading and unloading hoses and properly managing vacuum truck waste disposal. Provide field maintenance and perform additional duties as assigned. Participate in safety and operational training to enhance skills. Maintain a proficient level of English to understand safety protocols and instructions. Ensure a valid Class A or B CDL license, along with other driving requirements. Possess knowledge of emergency equipment operation, including fire extinguishers. Have experience operating a vacuum truck and understanding of wet and dry vacuum systems. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Class A or B CDL license with no restrictions; proficiency in manual vehicle operation. HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements necessary.
