Weekly Hours: 50-55 hours, working 10-12 hours a day
Overtime: As needed
Compensation: Our Delivery Drivers start at $35.06 per hour PLUS overtime after 40 hours! US Foods is one of the largest food distributors known for promoting from within, providing excellent training programs, and emphasizing continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities: Safely operate trucks to deliver products to customers while adhering to scheduled delivery times.
Unload products from the truck using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated storage areas.
Verify delivery accuracy with customers and secure necessary signatures.
Handle customer payments when required.
Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client experiences.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. repeatedly during each shift.
Comfortable driving and working in various weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift).
Qualifications: Register in the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Valid CDL Class A from the state of residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience or three months in food/beverage delivery.
Preferred ability to operate a manual transmission.
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.

This role also includes overtime compensation and potential retention bonuses.
