Main Responsibilities: Safely operate trucks to deliver products to customers while meeting scheduled delivery times. Efficiently unload products using equipment like two-wheelers and pallet jacks, placing them in designated storage areas at customer locations. Verify delivery accuracy with customers and gather necessary signatures. Handle collections and payments as required. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience. Conduct comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs throughout the shift. Comfortable driving and working in various weather conditions and making frequent stops (10+ per shift) Qualifications: Must be registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse. Minimum age of 21 years. Valid CDL Class A from the state of legal residence, with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications. At least six months of commercial driving experience or three months in food/beverage delivery. Preferred experience operating manual transmission vehicles. Proficient in reading and communicating in English, capable of understanding traffic signs and completing reports. Why Choose US Foods?
