Hepaco, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a motivated Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our team. In this role, you will operate a variety of heavy and light-duty trucks and work equipment at various customer sites. The vehicles you may operate include vacuum trucks, Cuscos, guzzlers, and roll-offs. This position involves both driving and non-driving tasks associated with hazardous waste clean-up. Key Responsibilities: Ensure safety by adhering to all work practices and policies. Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers in a team-oriented environment. Handle loading and unloading of trucks. Engage in manual labor on-site to meet customer demands. Properly placard vehicles according to DOT requirements. Maintain daily logs, time sheets, and reports accurately. Follow compliance regulations at local, state, and federal levels. Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT and corporate guidelines. Expected to participate in emergency response on a rotating schedule. Responsible for site remediation and handling hazardous materials. Qualifications: Valid Class A CDL. Ability to operate a manual transmission. Willingness to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days of hire. Proficiency with mobile devices. Compliance with physical job requirements. Pass background check, drug test, and physical examination. Meet facial hair standards per OSHA’s Respiratory Protection Standard. Preferred Qualifications: Previous commercial driving experience. Possession of Hazmat and Tanker endorsements. Experience handling hazardous materials. Background in manual labor.
