Minimum 3 years of experience as a legal assistant supporting civil litigation

Proficiency with Missouri court procedures , including e-filing systems and litigation timelines

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail

Comfortable in a fast-paced team environment and able to meet tight deadlines
