Experience Required:Minimum 3 years of legal personal injury litigation experience

Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, from case intake to trial
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for hearings and trials
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Advocate on behalf of clients in negotiations and court proceedings
Provide exceptional legal representation and client service
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar and in good standing

Strong communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
