Responsibilities
Drive solutions across the Health & Civilian Sector, providing enterprise capabilities that respond to client needs
Lead the identification and translation of digital needs for core business areas
Stay informed on emerging technologies
Present reports on the company's technology status, goals, and progress
Create and oversee the implementation of technology solutions and strategies
Align the company's technology resources with organizational goals
Serve on the executive committee to align technology goals with organizational objectives
Identify technologies to improve products and services
Qualifications
Proven ability to lead teams in complex solution development
Ability to translate technical topics into clear, actionable narratives
Experience in building business cases and developing proposals
Strong collaboration skills in a matrix organization
Excellent communication skills
Effective management of large budgets
Knowledge of emerging technological advances and all IT functions
Understanding of information security best practices
Strong leadership qualities and ability to meet deadlines
Alignment with LMI’s values and culture
Minimum 10 years of experience in the govcon/IT market, especially in health & civilian sectors
Experience with clients like VA, DHA, CMS, GSA, USDA; VA experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
Ability to pass a government background check
