About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in enhancing its operational and financial excellence. The COO will be a strategic and collaborative leader, responsible for all aspects of finance, operations, and HR. This includes overseeing a team of 7-8 staff, leading organizational and strategic growth, and ensuring the infrastructure and systems are in place to support the company's mission. Key responsibilities for the COO at the company include organizational leadership, where they will serve as a thought partner to the CEO and C-suite, and represent the organization with financial stakeholders. The role also involves operations management, systems building, and strategic financial leadership, with a focus on developing and executing financial plans, optimizing resource allocation, and guiding organizational growth.
