Role Overview
Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Marketing Officer will lead Coin Factory’s global marketing strategy, overseeing brand development, community engagement, and demand generation. You’ll shape the narrative for our token portfolio and services, targeting crypto enthusiasts, gamers, and institutional investors, while collaborating with sales to accelerate revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a global marketing strategy to position Coin Factory as the leader in tokenization, DeFi, and GMaaS.
Oversee branding, digital campaigns, and content creation across platforms like X, Discord, and crypto media (e.g., CoinTelegraph).
Drive community engagement through events, AMAs, and gamified campaigns for tokens like MGC and RankingGame.
Lead demand generation initiatives, partnering with sales to target enterprises, gaming studios, and high-net-worth investors.
Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and data-driven decision-making.
Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to measure campaign performance and optimize ROI.
Ensure marketing strategies comply with global crypto regulations and align with industry trends.
Qualifications
10+ years of marketing leadership experience, with 3+ years in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech.
Proven track record of building global brands and driving $10M+ in revenue through marketing initiatives.
Deep understanding of crypto markets, tokenomics, and gaming ecosystems (e.g., play-to-earn, metaverse).
Experience leading digital marketing, community management, and PR in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
Strong network with crypto media, gaming influencers, or financial sector stakeholders.
Exceptional strategic, creative, and analytical skills; proficiency with marketing tech stacks.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
