The Leukemia & Lymphoma Foundation is looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization’s mission to provide support to patients with blood cancers towards achieving a cure.The CEO will be responsible for active stakeholder engagement, demonstrating strategic leadership, establishing positive organizational culture, effective operational management and fundraising efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with the Board of Directors to structure and execute strategic plans to deliver impactful outcomes for patients.Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors, patients, volunteers, hospitals and government agencies.Develop programmes to ensure their continued relevance, effectiveness and impact.Oversee the effective and compliant management of operations, finances, HR, and programme delivery.Develop and maintain positive and dynamic workplace culture, ensure succession planning in place.Support and advise the Board of Directors, provide timely updates on organization’s performance, risk management and key developments.Ensure full compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements including the Charity Council's Code of Governance.Candidate Profile and RequirementsAt least 10 years of senior leadership or Board experience in managing operations, evidenced success in driving strategic initiatives and fundraising.Should have strong people skills, written and verbal communication skills, with the initiative to engage stakeholders across sectors.Essential personal integrity, compassion, and accountability in leadership.Experience working in non-profits, IPCs, Social Services, or related field is an advantage.Contact Email:renec@llf.org.sgNote: Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
