Job Summary
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) provides leadership and direction, facilitates growth, and oversees the administration of our professional radiology practice and independent joint venture imaging companies. This position reports to multiple Boards of Directors and is responsible for leading our senior management team, and for maintaining excellent working relationships with hospital management and directors. The CEO oversees all functions including finance, operations, IT, billing and business services, and human resources, and is responsible for creating and maintaining an organizational culture that is positive, invites communication, and retains excellent employees.

Oversees the ongoing operations of all divisions in the company.
Manages and directs the company toward its primary goals and objectives.
Oversees employment decisions at the executive level of the company.
Leads a team of executives to consider major decisions including acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, or large-scale expansion.
Promotes communication and cooperation among divisions to create a spirit of unity in the organization.
Essential Duties
This position requires regular, reliable attendance. This position requires an important level of attention to detail and accuracy, knowledge, and confidentiality. Other duties as assigned.
Works with the board of directors and other executives to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals, and related plans and policies.
Presents regular reports on the status of the company operations to the board of directors and to company staff.
Oversees the organization’s financial structure, ensuring adequate and sound funding for the mission and goals of the company.
Reviews the financial results of all operations, comparing them with the company’s objectives and acting appropriately to correct unsatisfactory performance and results.
Ensures the company’s compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards.
Negotiates with other companies regarding actions such as mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures.
Serves as the company’s representative to the board of directors, shareholders, employees, customers, the government, and the public.
Performs other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization.
Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration or related combination of education and/or experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to lead and motivate people and teams, maintain excellent working relationships with hospital senior management and directors.
Must possess well rounded business acumen with a unique blend of financial, analytical, problem solving, planning, technical and people skills.
Experience reporting to and working with a Board of Directors.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership position in healthcare, radiology preferred.
Typical Physical Demands
This position requires prolonged periods of sitting, with long days starting early and ending late. Effective written and oral communication is essential and requires the ability to communicate effectively using eye, hand, and verbal communication.
Stationary Position
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for most of the workday.
Sit-to-stand desks are available to all employees if the workstation has space to accommodate without obstruction to the desired audience.
Move or Transverse
Often moves about the inside of the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as monitors, tablets, calculator, copy machine, printer etc.

Frequently communicate with co-workers, vendors, and customers who have questions about services provided.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
Move, Transport
Occasionally move paper/boxes of varying weight normally up to ten pounds.

Must be able to see to assess accounts, documents, and written communications.
Must have the ability to read communications on the vendor or customers behalf.
