About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a strong background in the food and beverage packaging or related manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be a transformational leader with a proven ability to scale businesses, drive operational improvements, and create value in partnership with investors. As the CEO, you will be responsible for leading the company through a phase of growth and transformation, setting a clear strategic vision, and fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and innovation. This role demands a leader with a minimum of 10-15 years' progressive experience, a track record of P&L leadership, and a history of success in the private equity lifecycle.

Key responsibilities for the CEO include strategic leadership and execution, operational excellence, M&A and integration, technology-enabled transformation, and board and investor partnership. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial optimization, reducing operational inefficiencies, and experience in managing investor relations and high-stakes decision-making. A clear communicator, capable of inspiring and aligning diverse stakeholders, is essential. The role also requires a leader who is a strong builder of teams and culture, with a focus on talent development and retention. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree, and a background as a CEO, President, or General Manager of a private equity-backed company is highly valued.
