What we’re looking for….. We’re looking for candidates that can understand and embody our identity and culture. Emotional intelligence is just as important as technical prowess. Candidates must be hopeful and open-minded, we’re not looking for people who have all the answers. Proper leadership is a dialogue that moves everybody forward. We expect our leaders to facilitate constant growth and possess a willingness to learn.
Minimum 1 year sous chef experience and 3 years line cook experience required, must have experience with ordering, managing food costs, managing labor costs, and leading a team.
