A CRNA is needed for a flexible float pool assignment at two connected hospitals in the Eagle Rock Anesthesia network. This 16-week assignment begins in September and requires independent practice across a broad range of surgical cases. Clinicians must be comfortable floating between two sites and managing variable-length shifts (8-10 hours/day). No weekends, no call, and all hours are billable. Assignment Highlights
- Independent CRNA practice-no anesthesiologist supervision
- Full-time: 5 shifts/week, approximately 40 hours/week
- Flexible daily shift duration (8-10 hrs) based on case volume
- Must float between two adjacent hospitals (connected by hallway)
- No weekends, no call, and no nights
- General B&B cases: ENT, ortho, urology, general surgery
- No complex cardiac, lung, vascular, or transplant cases
- Art lines occasionally used
- Central lines and blocks handled by permanent staff
- Case volume: 60/day at one facility, 20/day at the other
- Hospital sizes: 43 beds and 88 beds
- EMR: Cerner
- All hours, including orientation, are billable
- HPA Healthcare is a Joint Commission-certified agency
- Prepaid travel and lodging for non-local providers
- Top 20% pay for Idaho CRNA locum tenens roles
- NBCRNA certification (required)
- Active Idaho license (or willing to license)
- Valid DEA and Idaho CSR (required)
- Minimum 1 year of independent CRNA experience (no new grads)
- Comfortable with high surgical volume and floating between locations
- Credentialing time: not specified (assume 3-4 weeks)
- Orientation: 4 hours on first day (billable at reduced rate)
- Provider may begin clinical work next day or after orientation
