We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting. Take and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse. Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Observe patients' physical and mental conditions, and report any changes to the nursing staff. Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary. Provide emotional support to patients and their families. Maintain a clean and organized patient environment. Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Requirements Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Prior experience as a CNA or in a similar healthcare role is preferred. Knowledge of basic patient care principles and procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Empathy and compassion towards patients. Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
