Adventure Tours is seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Dispatcher to coordinate daily operations for our fleet of luxury motor coaches. You will be responsible for scheduling, driver assignments, customer communication, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Driver Management: Assign routes based on driver availability, qualifications, and client requirements. Ensure all assignments comply with DOT regulations and company policies. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Real-Time Monitoring: Utilize GPS and dispatch software to track vehicle locations and optimize routes. Safety & Compliance: Ensure drivers maintain current CDL certifications and vehicles meet inspection standards. Promote a culture of safety. Problem Solving: Respond quickly to logistical issues or emergencies with sound judgment and professionalism. Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with leadership to improve dispatch processes and enhance team performance. Qualifications Valid CDL Class B with passenger and air brake endorsements Clean driving record Prior dispatching experience in transportation (luxury or charter preferred) Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, safety practices, and industry standards Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills Proficient with dispatch and GPS tracking software Flexible schedule - able to work evenings, weekends, and be on-call one week per month Willingness to drive and cover routes when needed
