You ensure products reach customers on schedule and in excellent condition while building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Engage professionally with customers and co-workers, addressing inquiries promptly. Collaborate with your team to serve the company effectively. Execute safety checks on vehicles before and after trips according to DOT regulations. Report safety issues and necessary repairs promptly. Adhere to DOT regulations and company driving safety policies. Inspect trailers to ensure proper loading and secure freight. Conduct count checks of items and verify accuracy of customer invoices. Manage loading and unloading of products at customer sites. Perform damage control checks, scan items, and consult supervisors regarding order removals per company policy. Confirm delivery and obtain necessary signatures from customers. Handle cash or checks as necessary, managing customer returns safely. Secure all equipment properly at the end of your shifts and maintain a clean working area. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required. 6+ months of commercial driving experience preferred. Valid CDL-A license required. Must be at least 21 years of age. Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for the past 3 years. Pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check. Valid DOT Health Card, or ability to obtain one. Able to lift and maneuver product cases/freight of varying weights (10-90 lbs) using appropriate equipment.
