Compensation: $28 per hour Available Shifts: 1st Shift: 4:30 AM to 3:00 PM 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 Responsibilities: Safely and reliably transport Primo Water products to designated distribution points. Operate transport vehicle in compliance with all safety regulations. Ensure vehicle meets DOT laws and company standards. Understand load and freight weight requirements. Utilize a forklift to load and unload company products. Complete all DOT-required documents and reports. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the company vehicle. Manage and track inventory effectively. Secure product loads to protect company assets during transport. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections. Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old. Minimum two years of experience driving tractor/trailers OTR. Ability to utilize handheld devices and applications. Valid CDL Class A license required. Must meet Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration qualifications, including pre-trip and post-trip requirements. Ability to safely lift up to 66 pounds. Willingness to perform repetitive motions when loading and securing products. Forklift experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer/data entry skills and math proficiency required. Ability to drive in all weather conditions. Tanker driving experience and endorsement preferred.
