No More Than 2 Moving Violations in The Last 2 Years

No Serious Moving Violations in The Last 3 Years

No DUI/DWI/DVI in The Last 10 Years

No Preventable DOT Recordable Crashes in The Last 5 Years

Must Meet FMCSA Requirements

HAZMAT Required, MUST be Able To Obtain in 90 Days

TANKER Endorsement Preferred
