We are seeking CDL-A drivers and recent trainees for regional reefer routes. Whether you are experienced or a recent graduate, this role offers consistent miles, competitive pay, and reliable home time every other week. Compensation and Mileage Weekly pay: $1,200–$1,500 depending on experience

Average weekly miles: 2,100–2,300

Freight: 100% no-touch, 60% drop & hook

Bonuses: Up to $0.08 CPM monthly

Home Time and Orientation Home every other week with 34–48 hour reset

Paid orientation: $300

Equipment and Comfort Automatic trucks 2020 or newer

All trucks equipped with APU

No slip seating – take your truck home

Paid Training for Recent Graduates Training pay: $650/week for 4–6 weeks

Regional and OTR training routes

Rider and dog allowed after training completion
