Position Summary

Responsibilities include are not limited to the following: Assist potential customers who call the Catering Hotline; make recommendations that are within customer’s budget while increasing sales. Exhibit proficiency in Dickey’s menu choices and catering styles. Communicate offerings to customers in a consultative manner and close sales. Follow through with all catering sales and leads. Call, quote, and email leads with expediency. Update dashboard with updated statuses. Follow up with guest on quotes. Follow up with franchise owner regarding orders confirming readiness. Prerequisites: Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts that include some nights and weekends. Exemplary phone persona. High customer service skills. High attention to detail.
