Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Nurse Practitioner for Family Medicine to work locum shifts in Stoughton, Wisconsin (WI) . Starting in June 2025- July 31, 2025 with a competitive market rate and benefits.

LOCATION

Portage, WI

Tuesdays only 8am to 4:30pm July 17 -Oct 14

The Primary Care Role:

• Primary care locum role - Providing Primary Care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting
• Primary care role - Prescribing appropriate medication, treatments, and health regimens to treat patients.

Seeing ages 3 and up

EMR- Athena or eClinicalWorks

Requirements of the Primary Care role:

• WI state license; active, unrestricted
• Board certified
• Certifications BLS
• 2 year of NP Primary Care experience
