We are seeking a highly experienced RN or NP to serve as a Cardiac Care Nursing Consultant for a specialized skilled nursing unit that cares for high-acuity cardiac patients, including those receiving titratable cardiac drips and left ventricular assist device (LVAD) management. This is a consultant role available on a PRN or part-time basis, ideal for an advanced cardiac clinician with a passion for mentorship, clinical coaching, and improving care delivery in the post-acute setting. Qualifications: Active and unencumbered RN or NP license in Indiana.At least 5 years of clinical experience in cardiac or critical care settings.Strong expertise in LVAD management and titration of cardiac drips.Prior experience in education, mentorship, or consulting is preferred.Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and leadership skills.
