Call Center Service Representative

We have an outstanding Contract position for a Call Center Service Representative to join a leading Company located in the Houston, TX surrounding area.
Job Responsibilities:
Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities (Sales Orders, RMAs, warranty, center set-up, contracts, and consignment procedures). Provide responsive and reliable customer service and technical support. Provide liaison support between customers. Coordinate with other departments. Perform the returned materials process including initiation, receipt, expediting and closing RMAs . Use of Data Works system for sales orders, shipments, field service contacts, RMAs, warranty and report generation. Receive product orders and process to shipment. Provide international customer service at times, and in such event, work a flexible schedule. Perform other related duties as assigned, including special project s. Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
Basic Hiring Criteria: High School or equivalent and 0-1 years of experience.
