We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Call Center Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while helping to resolve their inquiries and issues. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, concerns, and issues. Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy throughout each interaction. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Assist customers with troubleshooting product issues and provide effective solutions. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction. Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs and ensure timely resolution of complex issues. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities. Familiarity with CRM software and contact center technologies is a plus.
