Business Intelligence Engineer II We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to play a key role at the intersection of technology, marketing, statistics, and data science. This position is responsible for analyzing large-scale, complex datasets to uncover actionable insights, guide business strategy, and support innovative product initiatives. You will collaborate with marketing, technology, and product teams to evaluate program performance, design experiments, and develop metrics that measure business impact. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data-driven decision making, possess exceptional SQL and Python skills, and be comfortable working with stakeholders across both technical and business domains. Key Responsibilities Evaluate performance of program features and marketing content based on customer response, usage, conversion, and retention metrics Design, conduct, and analyze statistical A/B and multivariate experiments Build, maintain, and enhance metrics, dashboards, and reports to track program health and business outcomes Respond to ad hoc data requests, performing deep dives into unusual patterns and conducting exploratory data analysis Apply data mining, segmentation, modeling, and other analytical techniques to identify trends and opportunities Participate in both strategic and tactical planning sessions, contributing data-backed recommendations Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align analytical deliverables with business objectives Top Required Skills SQL - Expert-level ability to query and manipulate large datasets efficiently Python - Skilled in coding for data processing, analysis, and automation Business Intelligence Insights - Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations Skills & Experience Required 5+ years of experience working with large-scale, complex datasets Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, computer science, marketing, or a related field (graduate degree preferred) Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business requirements into data solutions Experience in experiment design and statistical analysis Background in marketing analytics and/or customer behavior modeling Strong communication skills to effectively interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders Demonstrated ownership and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines Why This Role?
