Responsibilities Create programs designed to foster external relationships with the hospital or healthcare facility.
Identify and help to develop and cultivate strategic relationships with community partners and facilities. Collaborate with leaders across the organization to drive new business. Work with service line and hospital leadership to implement initiatives for pipeline development including gathering and providing information on the organization's services, specialists, primary care physicians and partner facilities. Initiate and maintain contact with key partners identified through a data-driven targeting process and works to enhance the overall experience within the organization. Conduct meetings to uncover and identify needs and offer solutions including educational opportunities, practice services and patient-based services to improve utilization and satisfaction. Develop target growth plans and maintain diligence on tracking, goals and obstacles communicated from partners and facilities to advance organizational growth targets. Requirements Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. Additional Preferences Responsible for executing the assigned and established annual growth plan and roster aligned with national goals and expectations for targeted existing practice growth. Responsible for executing the assigned and established plan for new relationships (no visit volumes for more than two years) that align with new market growth. Independently engages prospective partners to create and close new business opportunities through finding, managing, and growing new and key strategic accounts and relationships. Establish and demonstrate overall healthcare market intelligence and expertise in status and trends including but not limited to service differentiators, service additions, competitor activity, delivery networks, and practice partnerships or relationships. Documented and updated semi-annually. Establish collaborative relationships and work cooperatively with market leaders/marketing/operations personnel on growth plans, tactics and reporting. Meet all requirements for meetings, communication, documentation and tracking within Salesforce other established reporting tools.
