Job Overview We’re looking for results-driven, commission-based Business Development Managers and Account Managers with strong residential real estate agency knowledge to help us grow our client base . This is a fully remote, independent contractor role with a competitive compensation package for the right individual(s).

Responsibilities Identify and engage prospective clients in the real estate sector Clearly communicate the value of our virtual support services Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing Build and maintain strong client relationships Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding Track activity and pipeline through CRM tools Meet or exceed agreed sales targets Requirements Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management Strong understanding of real estate workflows, platforms, and transaction processes Experience working with or selling to real estate professionals (brokers, agents, or investors) Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting A driven, goal-oriented mindset Benefits Commission: 30% of the first month’s billing per closed deal For Account Managers: Additional 10% from month 2 on for managing and growing your client's accounts Flexible work schedule – fully remote Operations support from a highly skilled internal team
