Agile/Waterfall Knowledge Should be previous experience in working with Agile/Scrum (including SAFe) AND Waterfall projects. Can handle pushback, negotiate priorities, and resolve conflict diplomatically. Experience with Business Process Modelling - using/documenting Swim Lane and Flow Chart Diagrams. Experience in rolling out new systems/processes and managing user adoption. In addition to performing system integration testing (IT Testing), assists with User Acceptance Testing.
