Building Maintenance Person / Groundskeeper Part-Time Position - Seasonal

Responsibilities Building Maintenance Person / Groundskeeper: General building and grounds maintenance Lawn cutting and trimming Watering where necessary Maintaining gardens and lawns, including planting, fertilizing, weeding, soil conditioning, mulching Operating and maintaining garden and landscaping equipment Other duties may be assigned Requirements Building Maintenance Person / Groundskeeper:

Experience is a plus! Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods of time in all types of weather Valid driver's license and good driving record Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Good work ethic and attitude Good communication and customer service skills Please upload your resume.
