Your Role As a BCaBA, you’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism. You’ll help guide treatment implementation, support Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with families to foster lasting growth.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct ABA therapy aligned with individualized treatment goals
Assist with assessments and contribute to designing effective, targeted interventions
Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust strategies accordingly
Offer training and supervision to Behavior Technicians
Engage families in the therapeutic process to reinforce skills at home
Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development
Uphold BACB standards and ethical guidelines in all practices
What You Bring
Active   BCaBA certification   in good standing
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
Excellent communication and time management skills
A collaborative spirit and passion for making a difference
