Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (Spanish-English)

This full-time, school-based position focuses on delivering speech and language services to diverse, multilingual student populations across partnered schools in Illinois. Job Overview: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals.

Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in both English and Spanish.

Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal special education guidelines.

Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs.

Support culturally and linguistically appropriate interventions that reflect each student’s strengths and background.

Requirements Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.

Active Illinois SLP license and Professional Educator License (PEL).

ASHA CCCs preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome—supervision provided.
