What Will You Do as a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative? In this essential role, you will support one of the nation’s premier insurance providers. You will take inbound calls from warm leads and current policyholders to assist them with their insurance needs. Your relationship-building skills will create exceptional experiences for our customers. Your Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and conduct consultations to identify customer needs.
