What Will You Do as a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative? In this essential role, you will support one of the nation’s premier insurance providers. You will take inbound calls from warm leads and current policyholders to assist them with their insurance needs. Your relationship-building skills will create exceptional experiences for our customers. Your Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and conduct consultations to identify customer needs. Provide education on our insurance products and identify opportunities for additional sales. Effectively communicate all coverage details using the resources available to you. Resolve inquiries and issues by thoroughly researching and analyzing each situation. Engage in meaningful conversations with diverse individuals. Qualifications for Success: At least six months of experience in a service or sales role. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong multitasking and time management skills. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
